These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Editing Prompts mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the App

Editing Prompts is a free utility that provides a library of ready-made text prompts intended for use with third-party AI services such as ChatGPT and Gemini. The App itself does not generate images and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Google, or any other AI service provider.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may freely use the prompts provided in the App in your own creative work.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute, or resell the App or its prompt library as your own product
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Use the App or its prompts to create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the terms of the AI services you use them with

4. Third-Party Services

Prompts from the App are used in external services (such as ChatGPT or Gemini) that have their own terms and policies. You are solely responsible for complying with those terms and for the content you generate using such services.

5. Advertisements

The App is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. Ad content is provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the products or services advertised.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the prompts will produce any particular result in third-party AI services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

8. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update, change, or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
